The hotel is located one block from the 16th Street Mall, the 16-block long pedestrian and transit mall that serves as the retail core of Downtown Denver. Designed by the renowned firm, I.M. Pei and Associates, the 16th Street Mall is the primary shopping and entertainment strip of Downtown Denver. Adding to its appeal, the Mall is a "hot spot" for wireless internet. You can log on to Downtown Denver Wifi and surf the Web anywhere along the Mall or Skyline Park.

RATES AND RESERVATIONS
The special AIAS rate is $129.00 per room/ per night plus taxes (currently 14.85%) for up to four people in the room. This special rate is available from December 27, 2008 - January 2, 2009. The hotel normally charges rates beginning at $358 over the New Year's Eve holiday. Parking is available onsite ($24 overnight) but the hotel staff can direct to you to additional offsite parking options.

Reservations must be made by December 5, 2008 to receive the special rate. Reservations made after this date will be based on availability (the rate may be higher).

FORUM attendees are expected to stay in the Hyatt Regency Denver. The registration fees were established based on the expectation that our out-of-town guests will utilize the official host hotel. Therefore, the AIAS reserves the right to charge additional registration fees to out-of-town attendees not utilizing the Hyatt Regency Denver.
