The Hyatt Regency is a Four Diamond convention center hotel in downtown Minneapolis that offers all you need for a memorable stay. The prime location on Nicollet Mall lets you easily explore an incredible array of Twin Cities’ attractions, from shopping to sports and anything in between.
RATES AND RESERVATIONS
The special AIAS rate is $99.00 per room/ per night plus taxes (currently 13.15%) for up to four people in the room. This special rate is available from December 27, 2009 - January 2, 2010. The hotel normally charges rates beginning at $179 over the New Year's Eve holiday. Self-service parking is available onsite ($17 overnight) but the hotel staff can direct to you to additional offsite parking options.Attendees should plan to arrive (check-in) on December 29 and depart (check-out) on January 2, unless participating in a tour, workshop or the design charrette on December 29.
Reservations must be made by December 14, 2009 to receive the special rate. Reservations made after this date will be based on availability (the rate may be higher).

FORUM attendees are expected to stay in the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis at the special convention rate. The registration fees were established based on the expectation that our out-of-town guests will utilize the official host hotel. Therefore, the AIAS reserves the right to charge additional registration fees to out-of-town attendees not utilizing the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis.
