Competition Web site Launched
The AIAS and the Modular Building Institute are proud to announce the launch of the newly design Competition Web site at www.aias.org/modularbuilding. The new site includes modern annimations, graphics and a more visual experience.
2009 Student Design Competition
The AIAS and the Modular Building Institute are excited to announce that the 2009 student design competition will focus on designing a modern Hotel for Miami Beach, FL. Utilizing modular building construction, students are asked to design a multi-story hotel that includes:
- Commercial space at the ground floor
- Meeting space for business meetings
- 5 Penthouse suites
- 45-55 Standard room suites
- a restaurant and social gatherine space
