AIAS FORUM 2012 Registration
Early Bird Registration Pricing:
AIAS members: $300/person (ends November 1)**
Non-members: $400/person (ends November 1)**
For any chapter who sends 4 people or more, the registration price for you will be $250 per person, instead of $300. Please register everyone at the same time and select the pay half now/pay half later option; your remaining balance will be adjusted once the members have all signed up.
*This discount does not stack with other discounts.
Regular Registration Pricing:
AIAS members: $550/person
Please Note!!: The conference registration DOES NOT INCLUDE your lodging! You MUST make your own travel accommodations, including your hotel or other lodging accommodations.

Registration: Cancellations made prior to 12:00 midnight (EST) on Friday, November 2, 2012 will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Registrations can be transferred from one person to another if the person who orginially paid the tuition makes the request in writing before December 23, 2012. NO REFUNDS OF REGISTRATION WILL BE GIVEN AFTER FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 2012.
Special Note: If you are taking advantage of our deposit payment option then NO REFUNDS will be provided at any time.
Tours: Cancellations of tours will be subject to a $5 processing fee. NO REFUNDS OF TOURS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER NOVEMBER 30, 2012.
Cancellations must be made in writing and received by letter, fax or email ( ). Please allow four to six weeks after FORUM for the refund to be provided.
