Airline Travel
There is one airport that services Savannah, GA: Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV).
Book you flight through Delta and receive up to a 10% discount on full price fares. When booking online, select Meeting Event Code and enter the account code NMF6X in the box provided on the Search Flight Page.
Getting to the hotel from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV):
- Head north on Melaver Dr toward Gulfstream Rd
- Turn right onto Gulfstream Rd
- Continue onto William B Wilson Dr
- Continue onto Crossgate Rd/Gulfstream Rd, Continue to follow Crossgate Rd
- Turn right onto GA-21 S/Augusta Rd, Continue to follow GA-21 S
- Continue onto I-516 E
- Take exit 7 for GA-25/Bay St toward Downtown
- Merge onto W Bay St/Georgia 25 Connector N, Continue to follow W Bay St

**There will be a shuttle bus running service to and from the Savannah Airport and the Hyatt Regency Savannah. Please go to the baggage claim and use the exit that indicates Shuttles and Taxis- the bus will be in that area. Download the Bus Scheudle!**
Free Parking Information
For those of you who are car pooling to AIAS FORUM from your respective cities, you will be able to park your car for free at a parking lot within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency Savannah Hotel!

Other Options
Illinois Institute of Technology is chartering a bus to Savannah, GA for AIAS FORUM. The bus will be departing from Chicago the evening of December 27th with the intention of arriving in Savannah the following evening of the 28th. View a map of the intended route, which includes pin points for Universities that are either on the route, nearby, or have expressed interest. This is a great option for members out west, farther north or south to meet IIT along the way in order to help offset the cost of travel.
The price will be $140 per seat round trip. If there's enough interest, IIT will team up with University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and provide a second bus. Please email ASAP if you are interested. Payment is due in full by Friday, December 14th.
The bus will be leaving the evening of January 2nd to return back, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy a full day of un-programmed wonderment in Savannah.
