About Terraviva

Terraviva is a leading platform for innovative architecture and design competitions dedicated to inspiring solutions worldwide. Based in Milan, we collaborate with various categories of global clients – private developers, public administrations, cultural institutions, and community-focused organizations – seeking transformative ideas for new urban spaces and reimagined environments.

We specialize in running open tenders and tailor-made projects that allow our clients to engage with diverse creative approaches. With a community of over 100.000 architects and designers from more than 120 countries, our competitions attract the best professionals from all over the world, resulting in a unique digital space where emerging and established talents can showcase forward-thinking solutions.

Thanks to the support of our prestigious main partner – B4i Bocconi for Innovation – we ensure each project is framed with real-world insight and committed to impactful results. Our international jury panels include the most renowned firms and leaders such as Stefano Boeri, Zaha Hadid Architects, OMA, and Kengo Kuma & Associates, whose invaluable expertise guarantees the selection of exceptional designs.

Our tenders span diverse geographies, scales, and typologies, from community-centric public spaces to cutting-edge residential and commercial developments. Focusing on design quality, accessibility, and strategic partnerships, Terraviva is redefining how architecture competitions empower clients and designers to make a lasting difference.
