Host: Catherine Cabezas: Sales Manager, Southeast + Mid Atlantic Associate AIA, LEED AP BD+C Graphisoft North America Inc.
As the regional Sales Manager for GRAPHISOFT North America, Catherine began her journey as an Architecture student at SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design). After obtaining her BFA in Architecture, minor in Historic Preservation and her Masters in Architecture, she made her journey to the nation’s capital. Right before she started, she briefly summer interned at Fallingwater, working on preserving Frank Lloyd Wright’s vellum drawings. She then began her Architecture career in the midst of an economic turndown for top large firms such as HDR, Smithgroup, and then continued to grow into smaller firms as Senior Designer and Project Manager on fun retail projects. She then made a career switch to sales and business development with the aspiration to help firms get the best out of their software.
