The 2018-2019 AIAS Finance Committee was charged to perform a review of the organization, explore ways the AIAS can be more fiscally transparent, and complete unfinished initiatives and efforts from past Finance Committees. Coming to the end of this academic year, we’ve started to ask the relevance of these chargers given the current state of our organization.
To better prepare next year’s committee members, the current Finance Committee has compiled a survey to help gain a better understanding of the challenges that AIAS Chapters and Chapter Treasurers (incoming or outgoing) are facing. We will use the results of this survey to guide us in bringing awareness of these issues to light and providing future resources to help ensure financial success and stability.
Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. Results will be collected and used for a discussion on the relevance of the Finance Committee at the Grassroots 2019 Council of Presidents meeting this summer.
